How to print the best screen printing design with silicone?
-You need inspect the garment.If it's nylon,polyester or water-proof fabric,you must print the undercoating ink XG-360Z-3.Otherwise,the silicone ink printing coating will have bad adhesive.It cann't pass wash test.
-Every screen printing ink need surface dry ,baking the silicone layer with oven at 120℃.
-The silicone products from YR silicone are 100% silicone polymer.They have high qualilty.
-If the silicone is high viscosity,please adjust the workable viscosity with silicone thinner XG-128AH.We advise you add 10% thinner by the weight of silicone ink base.Please mix them thoroughly.
-Silicone color pigment cann't add more than 10%.Because it's not easy for silicone ink curing when you add more color pigment.You must use best electronic scale to mix silicone and catalyst.
-After screen printing silicone ink,please clean the mesh plate,squeegee with thinner.If there is remainder of silicone on plate or squeegee,you cann't print perfect design.
-During high density screen printing,if there is much more fuzz on garment,please press it with silicone XG-866AH.You can use press machine or other tool.
